Requirements

We are currently seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the checking in and checking out of guests while providing efficient, friendly, and excellent customer service at all times and in accordance with hotel standards. Ensure the highest caliber of service is being offered to all guests so that their arrival experience is pleasurable and informative.

Some Qualifications/Skills Required:

• Prior experience in the Front Office of a luxury hotel
• High school diploma or GED (Some college or vocational course preferred)
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Basic knowledge of Charleston and surrounding areas
• Understanding of the luxury hotel environment
• OPERA experience preferred
