Meridian Integrative Wellness is an integrative medical office with two locations.

We are actively seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Assistant.

We are looking for enthusiastic, positive, like-minded team players who live a wellness lifestyle and are passionate about what they do.

Essential job functions:

  • Collect and process payments to appropriate patient accounts
  • Meet, greet and direct patients to examination rooms
  • Set up patients on therapeutic modalities
  • Communicating and educating patients
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Create and maintain electronic/paper files and receipts
  • Provide superior customer service to new and existing patients
  • Verify insurance of new patients
  • Insurance billing/Following up with billing
  • Manage and file all incoming and outgoing medical records
  • Enter Data into our scheduling/record software
  • Schedule patients for their treatment plans
  • Answering phones
  • Implement programs/projects that will help with the expansion of the office
  • Leadership and communication with other departments in the office

This position does not require previous experience, but it is a plus. The IDEAL candidate will have these qualities:

Experience as a Chiropractic Assistant is not necessary as we are willing to train the right personality.
