Job Summary Our Front Desk Receptionist is usually the first business contact a person will meet when they walk into our studio. It is important to maintain a cheerful, courteous and professional demeanor at all times. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, therefore the receptionist is expected to make our clients feel welcome and comfortable by warmly greeting them, offering them drinks, hanging their coat, etc. It is important to be able to multitask gracefully and efficiently. This position entails answering calls, scheduling and confirming lesson appointments, taking payments, managing the studio management program, and filling in when needed to help the studio run smoothly. It is imperative that our receptionist is always on time/early and reliable!
