Thriving Mortgage Lender in Augusta, has a Front Desk Receptionist opportunity opening up for someone who is an upbeat positive team-player to join our team.

Candidates for this position must have a strong work ethic, professional demeanor, be detail oriented, and the ability to work well with limited supervision, and as a team member.

Duties:

  • Open new files and keep filing current
  • Field and handle phone calls from clients
  • Greeting Clients
  • Order Appraisals, Title Work and Verifications
  • Communicating with clients and keeping them up to date on their Loan Status.
  • Assisting with Administrative tasks when needed
  • Managing web based software.
  • Keeping Office and work area neat and clean.

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to multitask, work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur
  • Extremely organized with excellent project deadline skills
  • Basic accounting skills preferred
  • Can handle difficult customers with grace
  • Proven ability to succeed
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( Word, Outlook, Excel ) is a must.

Experience in customer service is a plus

Experience with real estate industry or mortgage industry a plus
