You are part of the Front Office team. You work the overnight shift, and are tasked with welcoming and serving our guests at the front desk guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. You are also responsible for balancing and preparing the daily audit balances of hotel revenues, settling payments, and preparing the front desk for the next business day. As a Night Auditor, you are the Manager on Duty for most of your shift. This requires you to ensure the security and safety of our guests. You are an ambassador of the hotel as you greet guests when they arrive at the hotel. As the first and the last person a guest interacts with, you are the first and last impression of our hotel. You communicate with the rest of the hotel staff to ensure the guests’ experience is perfect from check-in to check-out.
