Looking for medical receptionist for a prestigious Orthopaedic Spine practice.

Multiple locations: Westwood/Clifton/Bridgewater/East Brunswick

This position is to primarily cover the East Brunswick and Bridgewater offices.

SKILLS /QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of email/outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task - greet and register patients, answer phones, obtain authorizations/ medical records, facilitate patient flow
• Must have a solid work history - working at previous employers for at least 2-3 years

Competitive Salary - determined based on experience and is negotiable.

Full time - 8:30am - 5:00pm

Receptionist/Front desk experience preferred

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Medical receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness To Travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
