Our fast paced, busy, energetic Real Estate office looking for an Administrative Assistant / front desk receptionist to provide excellent customer service to our clientele and agents, we have three offices Brea, Chino and Diamond Bar

• Assistance with Social Media Management
• Managing a selection of channels (Ex.- Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Supporting Senior Management to deliver content marketing on timely basis
• Graphic Design Services
• Working collaboratively with Team to design campaigns and collateral
• Supporting Senior Manager and Team to oversee delivery of executions and content within campaigns for business goals and priorities
• Working with collaborations with special agencies (creative and media) in order to deliver top notch advertising and targeting
• Working within deadlines for completion of projects
• Social Media Advertising
• Zoom Meetings
• Strong Computer skills including outlook, excel, word, power point, canva, publisher
• General Office duties

**Must be available to travel to our other offices as needed or event locations**

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Graphic Design: 1 year (Preferred)
• Social Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
