Our fast paced, busy, energetic Real Estate office looking for an Administrative Assistant / front desk receptionist to provide excellent customer service to our clientele and agents, we have three offices Brea, Chino and Diamond Bar
- Assistance with Social Media Management
- Managing a selection of channels (Ex.- Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Supporting Senior Management to deliver content marketing on timely basis
- Graphic Design Services
- Working collaboratively with Team to design campaigns and collateral
- Supporting Senior Manager and Team to oversee delivery of executions and content within campaigns for business goals and priorities
- Working with collaborations with special agencies (creative and media) in order to deliver top notch advertising and targeting
- Working within deadlines for completion of projects
- Social Media Advertising
- Zoom Meetings
- Strong Computer skills including outlook, excel, word, power point, canva, publisher
- General Office duties
**Must be available to travel to our other offices as needed or event locations**
