Responsibilities & Duties Include:

• Receive and manage inbound customer/prospect communication via phone, email, mail, and occasionally in person.
• Process customer service requests, manage applications and other documentation, and record all customer contact in agency management system.
• Daily Office Maintenance
• Occasional Social Media Posts
• Other Duties as Assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
