We are looking for a chiropractic Front Desk/CA to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their visit. Front Desk/CA responsibilities include registering patients, managing appointments and assisting with any other in office task. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the medical/ chiropractic industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant visit for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone appointments
- Inform patients about payment methods and verify their Insurance
- creating new patient appointments and collecting necessary information (like contact details and insurance info as well as reason for visit)
- Welcome patients upon their arrival and start on therapy if needed
- Provide information about our office and educate on chiropractic care
- Respond to patients complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Make sure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-equip to accommodate patients’ needs
- Confirm appointments and arrange massages for patients
- Maintain updated records and payments
Skills
- Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with Chirotouch a plus but not required
- Understanding of how Chiropractic care works
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Hours that you would need to be able to work are
Mon, Wed Thurs 2pm-6pm
Friday 8:30-1 and 2-5
