Key Responsibilities · Perform front desk duties such as greeting and welcoming members, checking members and guests into fitness and tennis facilities, booking courts and lessons, answering the phone, tending to questions/complaints, selling pro shop merchandise and providing exceptional customer service. · Ensure that the front desk, pro shop and reception area is kept clean and organized. · Ensure water and towels are stocked around building and courts, empty trash at end of shift. · Perform administrative duties such as updating and filing records, among others, as needed. · Assist the racquets and fitness departments as needed. · Knowledgeable of club rules and emergency and AED procedures, as well as know the procedure to follow in the event the alarm company needs · Familiar with and able to enforce all club rules and policies. All Club Members are required to wear masks in the gym, and on tennis courts. We wipe down frequently touched surfaces often, and enforce current CDC Guidelines.
