Job Description: Front Desk Attendant / Administrative Assistant

Reports to: Office Manager

Department: Administrative

Responsibilities: Performs a range of clerical and general office duties that help support Heliponents’ customer service function. Ensure that the impression they create is positive and memorable as they are often the first and last point of contact.

Duties:

Office/Business

  • Answer and direct Phone Calls
  • Welcome Customers and Clients and provide information/direction
  • Data Entry, as required
  • First Line of Security for business
  • Marketing - Social Media Marketing
  • Maintain reception/lobby areas
  • Orchestrating the flow of client visits by collaborating with maintenance, parts, and management staff
  • Anticipating each client’s needs in order to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Learning and implementing new ways to further client satisfaction
  • Using customer service skills to turn potential customers into satisfied clients
  • Shipping Duties, as required

Skills & Characteristics:

  • Experience excelling in a receptionist or customer service capacity
  • Track record of making sound judgement calls in earning customer loyalty
  • Ability to solve problems to earn customer satisfaction
  • Track record of collaborating with co-workers to achieve set goals
  • Capability to manage several responsibilities and projects at once with ease
  • Ability to complete tasks by, or ahead, of expected completion timeframe

$14-$16 to Start DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
