The Fraud Analyst will assist with various efforts to protect the assets of Floor & Decor by identifying and addressing potential losses proactively, carrying out audit processes related to various transaction tenders, responding quickly and appropriately to chargebacks and other potential losses, assisting stores in ongoing loss prevention efforts, and assisting with other Sales Audit tasks as needed. The Fraud Analyst will work alongside Sales Audit, Operations, IT, and Safety & Asset Protection to ensure all efforts are made to mitigate bad debt loss. The scope of this role includes carrying out effective and efficient processes and audits in order to identify, respond to, and limit potential losses.The Fraud Analyst will also assist members of the Sales Audit team in various projects and tasks, as assigned. Other duties and projects may be assigned as needed.
