POSITION SUMMARY Matthews International is seeking a qualified Foundry Operator to work in our Bronze Foundry in the Searcy, AR area for our memorialization business segment. The Foundry Operator will be responsible with melting metals, pouring metal into molds and preparing the castings for the complete production process for our memorialization products.
