GENERAL SUMMARY
Within established policies and department procedures, profile corporate and high-net worth clients to recommend and deliver a full range of Foreign Exchange products to achieve set goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• 
  Profile corporate and high-net worth clients and recommend applicable foreign exchange products.
• Partner with various business lending units and branches to develop business opportunities by visiting prospective clients and conducting product presentations to solicit new business.
• Develop and maintain commercial and retail client relationships.
• Achieve set goals in fee income and deposit growth.
• Quote exchange rate, execute transactions/follow-ups, and perform all aspects of new account opening procedure independently.
• Attend networking activities to develop self-sourced business opportunities and new business relationships.
• Conduct client seminars during and/or outside standard business hours.
• Conduct quarterly branch and loan team training.
• Keep up-to-date with economy changes and analyze market data/development and communicate to colleagues and customers.
• Maintain an awareness of competitive products, practices, rates, and changes in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum three to four years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service. Previous sales or trading experience in financial institutions.
• Skills/Ability: Acts as a subject matter expert and possess strong knowledge of foreign exchange products, services, and market trends. Good risk management, negotiating and closing skills. Strong cross-functional team skills; ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Ability to travel locally and out of state. Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese). Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills and ability to process financial information quickly. Ability to concisely articulate information to colleagues and customers.
