Summary: Performs cashiering duties including general food service work, and maintains sanitation standards in the preparation, service, and dining room facilities.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prep work including, washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding vegetables and fruits along with weighing and measuring designated ingredients.
Other Qualifications: Food Handler’s Permit as required by applicable state and county. Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and may occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
