PERL by Chef IP in North Miami Beach/Aventura area is currently seeking exceptional candidates to join our service team. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will work in a team to give our customers a five star dining experience. We are the best new restaurant in the area.

Previous experience is required.

High season is around the corner and we have a great team with needs to grow.

• Competitive compensation, averaging between $200-$400 in tips per shift.
• Part-time and full-time positions available. Some weekend availability is required.
• Great opportunity for professional growth and restaurant operations experience.
• We are currently offering a $200 bonus to all new hires who complete 60 days after training
