Job Description:
SUMMARY
Delivers food court orders to each guest who have placed an order and has a number sat on their table. Keeps all dining tables clean after guest leave for the next guest. Keeps the self-serve condiment bar full and clean at all times thus making it eye appealing for guests.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Runs all food orders from one or all food court outlets as directed by supervisor on duty.
- Full knowledge of all food court offerings.
- Keeps informed on any menu board changes that may have change on days off.
- Greet guests as you bring them their orders.
- Clean all tables ASAP when guest are finished and leave.
- Empty all trash as needed keeping the self-serve bussing stations clean and neat.
- Promptly deliver food order ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food court and service area.
- Complete all required side work as assigned by your supervisor.
- Follow all Three Rivers Casino and Hotel and departmental safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain appearance standards as outlined in departmental and Three Rivers Casino and Hotel policies.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with all departments, including needed property or service concerns.
- Integrate the Three Rivers brand purpose into all processes, communications and guest/team member experiences.
- Maintain awareness of, and effectively communicate to other staff, property-wide/company promotions, events and programs. Keep fellow team members/guests informed regarding the direction of the organization.
- Ensure that all fellow team members will adhere to and deliver Superior Guest services striving to exceed our internal and external guest expectations.
- Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs to our guests.
- Ensure living the brand/purpose in all work activities: 'Every day, we deliver uncommonly kind experiences that connect people to the coast.'
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Other duties as directed by management.
LEVEL OF AUTHORITY & RESTRICTIONS
- Will be responsible to make own change.
- No supervisory authority.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS
- Must work well under pressure.
- Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift up to forty pounds on an intermittent basis.
- Must be able to bend, stoop lift, reach, push, pull, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
- Must be able to speak, hear and see.
WORKING CONDITIONS & ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
- Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed.

Required Experience:
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess current OLCC Servers Permit.
- Must possess current Food Handlers card.
- Excellent oral communications skills.
- Excellent hygiene habits.
- Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
- This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which may include fingerprinting.
- Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
- Must receive and maintain a valid non gaming license from the Tribal Gaming Commission.
- Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process.
