Food & Beverage Manager

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will care for and lead the operation of all Food & Beverage outlets, which consists of LeBar, CDA Restaurant, In-Room Dining and Banquets as needed. You ensure that both your ambassadors and guests enjoy memorable experiences.

What you will be doing:

• Lead, mentor and train your team, creating an engaged work environment
• Creating unique and elevated event experience for our clients, guests and meeting attendees
• Collaborate with our Executive Chef to share ideas and suggestions to improve the dining experience and menus
• Driving engagement through emotional intelligence and genuine connections with our Heartists and guests
• Elevating standards and thinking outside the box
• Be empowered to lead operations and address guest feedback

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
• Well-rounded experience in all areas of the food & beverage field
• Work well under pressure and be able to think on your feet
• Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
