ISO certified, our associates engage Set up, operating and loading of the machine Properly use manual glue gun when necessary Checking bleeder bars on folders/cards for possible mix up Understanding proper product flow on machine Assisting in inspections by verifying part numbers Verifying counts of products on weighing scale Reading and posting orders, paying attention to special instructions Reading and following instructions on how to package accessory items Reading and following standard operating procedures pertaining to the packaging of sanding belts Understanding and following procedures pertaining to machine cleanliness and tool organization Proper hand dexterity Ability to read and follow instructions Ability to read and prepare orders High school diploma or GED from an accredited school required Ability to lift (up to) 40lb. boxes

Job Description
Aiding to the production process by successfully assisting with the operation the sanding discs Fold and Glue Machine. Must be familiar with operating all parts of the machine and be able to assist with a full changeover. You must have the knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments to the machine when necessary. You are responsible for completing the required training measures (PQ&T) as they are needed. Responsible for making sure the appropriate products are being packaged and also that the machine is producing quality product. Responsible for maintaining general knowledge of abrasive grits and sizes. As a Fold and Glue Machine Asssistant, you are expected to maintain a positive work environment by following the appropriate safety procedures. You must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours a day and also have excellent use of your hands. Required to meet production standards.
