Job Title: Fluid Management Site Program Manager
Location: Customer Site-Asheboro, NC
Job Description:
Our company provides Fluid Management & Engineering Services to the Aerospace/Defense and Precision Manufacturing, monitoring and maintaining their manufacturing and process fluids, while also identifying and implementing process and EHS cost savings opportunities.
YOUR PROFILE
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree preferred
• Industry experience with metalworking and/or manufacturing processes and related Industrial Fluids, Machine Lubricants
• Lead an On-Site team
• Maintain/monitor Fluid Quality on the Manufacturing floor within specified limits
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of customer personnel, from the operator level through plant management is required
• Conduct business and cost based critical analysis of current conditions in the manufacturing environment, identifying, communicating and implementing cost savings to the customer
• Perform lab analysis, interpret vendor lab analysis results, and create and implement corrective action steps to maintain OEM fluid standards, EHS and Manufacturing goals
• A self-starter, with ability to plan and implement daily requirements and project work at customer location with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, along with proficiency with the Microsoft suite of business software
• The current position located in Asheboro, NC
