Job Title: Floor Technician. Education: n/a Career Level: 1-3 years previous floor care experience. Category: Services – Janitorial.
Position Summary:Supports a building or a facility by performing floor maintenance on designated areas. Essential Duties:

• Must be able to do basic floor care tasks including sweeping, wiping, dusting, and mopping.
• Ability to perform experienced stripping and waxing, auto scrubbing, polishing, and buffing procedures.
• Other tasks to be done, but not limited to:
  • Providing customer service when needed.
  • Carpet care, including shampooing and extraction.
  • Restroom scrubbing.
  • Disinfecting.
  • Trash/Recycling.
  • Stone care knowledge.
  • Detail cleaning.
  • Pressure washing.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years previous floor care experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Reliable transportation and willing to drive if necessary.
• Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report screen.
• Ability to take direction from Lead/Supervisor.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in secure environments.
