First Impressions Coordinator
The First Impressions Coordinatoris the face of our Facility. Client and Patient retention rate lies on you. It is your duty to follow up with patients, athletes, clients, organizations, attorneys, claim adjusters and insurance providers.
As the First Impressions Coordinator you will also be involved with marketing, including digital, events and business to business.

Requirements
The First Impressions Coordinatoris required to be proficient with computers, have experience with customer service and have some knowledge and/or experience of the healthcare industry.
Additional Qualifications Needed:
You should be proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word and Excel, experience in working with an EMR system as well as excellent patient therapy skills.
Job Description
- Working with EMR system
- Overall management of the facility.
- Implementing and enforcing the facility policies and procedures.
- Answering all phone calls as well as responding to messages in a timely manner.
- Answering to all e-mails in a professional and timely manner
- Verifying insurance benefits
- Inputting new patient information into EMR
- Scheduling patients
- Consistently following up with patients
- Making sure all logs are completed every week. These include the Daily Logs, Monthly Logs and New Patient Logs.
- Completing billing review logs every month
- Greeting patients
- Checking in Patients
- During intake process of new patients, Administrators should make sure that all information is filled out correctly
- Scan in all patient documents into EMR
- Make sure PTA’s are doing progress notes every two weeks for workers compensation patients
- Guide MVA patients through the correct process.
- Send out referrals and follow-up with them
- Request medical records when needed such as MRI reports, orthopedic reports and prescriptions.
- Send out medical records in a timely manner
- Review physical therapy notes to make sure they are being completed correctly Send out physical therapy evaluations to referring physicians to get them signed.
- Administrator will ensure all staff is being punctual with time and attendance.
- Attend all meetings
- Know facility financial goals
- Help implement and or execute the marketing plan

Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
