Reporting to the Sr. Director of Palo Alto Networks Financial Services (PANFS), the Financial Solutions Manager will be responsible for helping Palo Alto Networks’s sales teams with structuring flexible financing solutions to maximize the customer's overall return on their investment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a newly formed organization within the Company, leveraging prior experience and knowledge to grow and expand the organization's contributions and capabilities. Your Impact Develop strong relationships with field sales and presales (deal desk & sales finance) teams; become the trusted advisor in supporting the financial selling aspects of the deal Build relationships with Palo Alto Networks’ customers and partners with focus on the CFO and key financial decision makers Provide creative deal structuring and for strategic sales opportunities Present, negotiate and close financial solutions Be part of overall business planning on selected strategic accounts Provide an outstanding level of service to our customers, both internal and external Provide coaching and training to sales teams on best practices on how to leverage financing options to drive revenue growth Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal and regulatory requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting; MBA or other certifications are a plus 6+ years’ experience of leasing and financing experience Confident closer able to build relationships at all levels Excellent communication skills Strong working knowledge of the leasing/financing industry Broad knowledge of the different types of financing options Previous experience with IDS or other leasing and financing systems, and/or SFDC Collaborative and highly professional demeanor Exceptional organization, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management skills Proficiency in Google Suite applications as well as certain Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint Ability to solve problems and think quickly under pressure Work effectively as a team player in a collaborative environment as well with peers and members of the greater organization Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Palo Alto Networks Financial Services was formed to provide financing arrangements to Palo Alto Networks, Inc.’s Enterprise customers. The program was established in April 2020 in the US and will be expanding internationally over the next 12 months. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary. Restricted stock units and bonus pay may also be offered as part of this compensation package, as well as benefits that include: flexible paid time off, employee stock purchase program, medical, dental, vision, 401K, life, and disability insurance.
