The Financial Sales Executive, will be responsible for meeting with clients, performing needs analysis and offering solutions to meet those needs, to negotiating and closing offers. • 100% Commission only position.

Core Duties

• Assesses performance of sales representatives by providing timely performance assessments.
• Establishes account programs for sales representatives.
• Become an expert in the areas of sales.
• Be able to make high volume of phone calls.
• Multiple levels of experience: leveraging multi-functional resources, either selling a product, managing a category, or building sales marketing plans.
• Follow up with potential customers after demos to close contracts.
• Be able to own and drive processes independently, including looking for areas of opportunity to make improvements, conducting experiments, and making successful changes based on data.

Minimum Requirements - Experience

• Must have sales background; insurance is a plus.
• Insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
