Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate (CounterpointeSRE, Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Real Estate) and its affiliates provide sustainability financing nationwide for real estate across a variety of infrastructure, sustainability, and energy efficiency financing platforms. CounterpointeSRE provides financial agility and acumen through a deep knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and capital stack management including ground–up, rehab or retrofit construction projects), as well as a thorough understanding of energy industry trends. Counterpointe Energy Solutions administers PACE financing programs in CA, FL and the city of Chicago. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 5+ years at big 4 firm or comparable direct accounting or financial analysis experience and fluency in English. Strong knowledge of CMBS, commercial mortgage back securities, rating agency criteria, credit policy, and credit administration procedures a plus. This position will require periodic work being in Greenwich CT office and will be full-time in office after COVID.
