The Finance Manager is responsible for all finance planning and analysis relative to overhead cost control as well as financial analysis of the Company’s overall results. This includes budget, forecast, actual analysis, identification of & financial modeling of cost saving initiatives, coordination of indirect headcount planning, routine & non-routine closing entries/processes and supervision of one to two financial analysts. This individual should be analysis driven and a forward thinker able to turn ideas into actions with measurable results.

  • Maintain total ownership for Corporate Overhead financial closing & analysis (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
  • Prepare and present fluctuation analysis to the CFO on a recurring basis including presentations for Sr. Management
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop and consolidate annual overhead budget including setting guidance, resolving complex matters/transactions and management presentations
  • Develop new forecasting & analysis solutions/methods
  • Improve & maintain Department ownership for cost management actions
  • Oversee Travel & Expense compliance process including Policy changes and cost savings initiatives
  • Together with HR & Department leads, develop headcount & cost of personnel guidance and tracking
  • Collaborate with Purchasing Organization & Human Resources to identify & drive cost savings & process improvement
  • Drive various special projects for both Parent Company & local initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with ICFR & Group Operating Norms
  • Manage major investment programs and monitor spend
  • Perform business case analysis on various projects

Bachelors degree

Public Accounting (Mid-size or Big 4)

FP&A and/or Corporate Accounting

Experience with large data analysis

SAP or other major ERP

Experience with data analysis solutions (Excel. Qlliksense, MS BI, Anaplan, Tableu, etc.)
