Roessel Joy is looking for a Finance and Grants Manager in Boston, MA who has experience working with non-profits. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced non-profit finance professional to join a rapidly growing and industry-leading non-profit in Boston.
The main responsibilities for the Finance and Grants Manager are:
- Financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Prepare monthly reports including variance reports
- Manage portfolios of a dozen FSOs
- Prepare grants reports according to donor requirements
- Pre and Post Award Administration
- Ensure that all services are delivered accurately and efficiently by providing a high level of customer service around financial stability and growth
- Coordinate with AP and AR accountants to review deposits and billing
The main qualifications for the Finance and Grants Manager are:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, MS preferred
- 3-5+ years of Accounting or FP&A experience, preferably with a Non-Profit
- Strong Excel (VLookups, Macros, etc.)
- Collaborative mindset and an enthusiastic attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
