Intro
We are seeking a part-time Field Services Coordinator to join our team! The Field Services Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and administration of all installation and service sub-contractors. They will identify and establish relationships with new vendors as needed and serve as the primary point of contact for existing sub-contractors.

Responsibilities
Key Skills
1-3 years customer service and/or administrative support required
Previous experience in sales, recruiting, scheduling, logistics and construction strongly preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to effectively communicate with customers and vendors.
Ability to build strong customer and vendor relationships
Capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Time management and prioritization to ensure excellent execution.
Solid organization skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proven ability to work in a dead-line driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
