Field Sales Manager

Pincanna is a vertically-integrated cannabis company with headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan and a production facility in Pinconning, Michigan. We are a privately held company aiming to drive organic profit within the value chain and create brands that will transcend. Our seed-to-sale operations include cultivation, the production of branded goods, and retail. We are driven by our commitment to providing quality, consistency, and availability for our customer base.

The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing wholesale sales across the state and acting as the face of the company to third-party retailers and consumers. This role will report directly into the Chief Operations Officer and work remotely plus out of our Farmington Hills corporate office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage outside sales calls and pre-plan each week to dedicate resources to our most valuable opportunities.

- Liaise with all members of our retail customers to provide resources and support for joint brand efforts.

- Execute in-store Vendor Days and Budtender Education activities to help leverage our brands and educate staff plus consumers.

- Partner with Fulfillment and secure transport providers to schedule wholesale order deliveries and communicate with customers.

- Manage live inventory (Leaflink) to secure inventory and place orders, without inventory duplication.

- Add inputs to CRM system (PipelineDeals) to track sales activities and keep systematic notes to relay information to other members of the sales team.

- Partner with Marketing team to provide marketing assets to customers and place new point-of-purchase display elements to secure prime merchandising space.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or relative cannabis sales experience.

- Proven work experience in a comparable role within the cannabis or consumer-packaged goods industries.

- Previous experience with outside sales calls and managing a territory - +2 years.

- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and triage issues.

- Ability to achieve ambitious targets in a complex, chaotic, and changing environment.

- Experience with CRM tool to manage sales activities.

- Excellent communications skills, organization, and professional demeanor.

- Must have reliable transportation.

- Must be willing and able to work some nights and weekends, as needed.

- Must be able to frequently move up to 100 pounds.

- Must be able to sit, stand, walk and work continuously for six to eight hours a day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
