About You

We a looking for a data-driven, creative and collaborative marketer with a proven track record of building and executing B2B marketing campaigns and a flair for creating exceptional event experiences. The North America Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating quality leads by placing marketing messages in a diverse mix of channels and smartly leveraging field events to generate demand.


You will own the North America marketing plan and budget – balancing strategy with hands on execution. You will implement integrated marketing campaigns and events using a mix of promotional tactics: email, social, display, retargeting, PPC, direct mail, content syndication - targeting our top personas and industries leveraging thought leadership and solution content. You will own WorkForce Software’s signature annual “hosted” event and a selection of field marketing events - strategically developing relationships with key trade associations, managing tradeshows (virtual and physical), planning and hosting prospect and customer events.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with an array of cross-functional team members to create integrated campaigns to acquire new leads and nurture the existing database.
  • You will win some and lose some. So, you will use your left brain to measure ROI of your marketing programs, learn from your experiences, and get that right brain going to keep improving!
  • Own North America marketing campaigns– design, execute, manage and measure their success – with support from the broader marketing team – including landing pages, emails, forms, reporting and more.
  • Manage all aspects of event planning and execution including researching new events and trade shows, negotiating contracts, coordinating logistics, and finding creative ways to drive booth traffic
  • Communicate and enable sales stakeholders with localized campaign assets, templates and tools.
  • Drive and improve marketing campaign efficiency and ROI through data-driven marketing & analytics.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing for SaaS software
  • Project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines without much supervision
  • Desire for working in a fast-paced start-up environment, comfort with change, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done, whatever it takes
  • Experience targeting the large enterprise organizations is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with Pardot or any other marketing automation platform is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus

Masters (Preferred)


Location

You will be located at our HQ office in Livonia, Michigan or Austin, Texas hub. Alternatively remote working is an option for the right candidate who can demonstrate a track record of success in a remote role and who is available to visit our office location to meet with their peers and stakeholders across the business.
