Boyd Connected Services, Inc. is currently interviewing for the position of Field Coordinator for the Bay Area/Sacramento CA area. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who wants to build a career with an established family-owned company.

Experience in fiber cable installation within commercial buildings is a MUST.

In this position, you will be primarily responsible for completing detailed site surveys, identifying, and documenting the appropriate pathway for our techs to install fiber.

Job responsibilities include:

• Possess the ability to quickly assess & identify most efficient pathway for fiber/conduit in a building.
• Properly document pathway on paperwork and send to scheduling and logistics manager.
• Possess the ability to be a Customer Service Expert. Dealing with business owners and property management, expert customer service is a must.
• Thinking outside the box is regularly needed in this environment. The ideal person must be solution oriented.

Other responsibilities include:

• Distributing the daily work assignments to the fiber installation technicians.
• Communicate daily with the Schedule/Logistics Manager on status of site surveys and provide completed survey information (scope of work, pictures of survey, etc) to Schedule/Logistics Manager. Great communication skills and documentation is important in this role to ensure that the jobs can be successfully scheduled for installation.
• Monitor inventory levels in warehouse. Ensure all job materials are kept in stock at warehouse. Communicate to Operations Manager when re-orders are needed.

Interested individuals must be able to setup & climb a ladder, be comfortable working above the ground. Individuals must also possess excellent customer service & communication skills.

Must be able to pass drug test.

Must be able to pass background check.

Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
