Facilities Planner & Designer-839612 What is the Corporate Real Estate - Planning & Design group responsible for? The Corporate Real Estate - Planning & Design Department is a small, team-oriented and highly collaborative group consisting of Project Managers and Space Planners/Designers. The team is responsible for strategic planning and design of the 5,000,000 square foot global real estate portfolio. The department is also responsible for the development and implementation of space standards, policies/guidelines and project construction oversight related to providing a safe, efficient, and functional work environment at Franklin Templeton.
