This position is on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville Alabama which is home to various tenants across the Department of Defense, Department of Justice and NASA to include US Army Spade and Missis Defense Command, US Army Material Command, US Army Aviation and Missile Command, US Army Contracting Command, the Missile Defense Agency, the Marshall Flight Center, the Federal Bureau of Investigations Second Headquarters and the future home of the US Space Command.

WCFS Installation Support Services Contract provides a wide range of facilities engineering support associated with the operations, sustainment, and modernization of facilities, roads, structures and associated properties.WCFS is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Project Manager / Facility Manager to join our team. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and will serve as the subject matter expert for reviewing, evaluating, and inspecting all necessary documentation ensuring work standards and priorities are performed within necessary quality and safety parameters.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Mandatory

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Five (5) years of management experience as a Deputy Project Manager or Facility Manager at a comparable level of responsibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Security clearance, an interim clearance is acceptable.
• Skill in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
• U.S. Citizenship.
  



Preferred

• Current Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience working on a government contract.
