The Role:- Lash Stylist/ Lash Technician will have a consultation with the clients and choose the best option for a client based on the client’s needs and wants.
- Perform excellent service and customer service.
- Recommend products to help clients maintain their lashes.
- Follow up with clients on their experience and resolve any concerns related to their lashes.
- Follow guidelines on sanitation and cleanliness.
- Work with a team to learn and grow.
Qualifications:- CA License Required: Cosmetology or Esthetician.
- Having prior experience doing lashes somewhere else is a plus but not required.
- Be willing to learn and work with others.
- Have good customer service skills.
- Have availability on weekends.
- Must comply with safety and cleaning protocols.
- Positive, Respectful, Hardworking, and Easy to work with.
