Our content is by nature short, but it can be long. It is whatever the idea needs to be to express our unique POV. We are also keepers of the brand, a revenue center, and an XFN partner to the consumer marketing and product teams. And we’re busy. So we’re seeking an Executive Producer.

Job Description:
The Executive Producer will partner with the Global Creative Director and Studio Leads to provide strategic and creative insight with a focus on video/film + motion based projects, bridge and build relationships between #Studio and our XFN partners, supervise, mentor and train producers and program managers as well as help in the oversight of the day-to-day operations of the #Studio.

Responsibilities:
Project scope management - task timelines, operating budget, resource allocation, creative development, technical production, and quality assurance.

Breaking it down: Day-to-day responsibilities include the ability to manage producers and 10+ simultaneous projects with small-to-large budgets and fast turnarounds. Review of creative and technical deliverables, execution of SOW’s and MSA’s and serve as the point of contact with legal and marketing/sales operations. Responsibilities also include managing project communication and the documentation of challenges that impact scope. Assess, create and implement processes to optimize workflow and improve the quality of deliverables. Mentor and educate internal product + program managers. Manage external production partners and agencies. Perform continual risk assessment to the department and provide thought leadership across the #studio.

Qualifications

Skills + Experience:
12+ years experience of integrated production, with an emphasis on managing client, agency and production company relationships. Deep understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructure and applicable industry knowledge – social media, technology and numerous business verticals. Strong knowledge of web development technologies and quality assurance best practices a plus. Experience making passive and interactive films preferably on the production side. Strong comprehension of Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, front-end, back-end, creative coding (Cinder, Open Frameworks) frameworks and mobile application development

You have outstanding organizational and leadership skills, are an excellent negotiator (especially contract negotiations) , and can calmly solve unforeseen challenges as they arise. Can take ownership, work alone, or collaborate on a team. You are creative and analytical. Have experience working closely with C-level executives, embrace ambiguity, learn from failure, and run toward change if it’s needed. You also have a real desire to make others successful because you understand that we all fail or succeed together.
