ROLE SUMMARY The Executive Director - People is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing the overall business plan and strategic direction of assigned departments and areas of organizational focus, which include Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Employee Health. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership Human Resources Organizational Development Employee Health QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Extensive experience may be accepted in lieu of some education. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience required. Licenses/Certificates/Registration: PHR/SPHR preferred. Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance required.
