ROLE SUMMARY In collaboration with leadership, the Executive Director of Master Facilities Planning and Management develops and executes Master Facility strategies in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan. The Executive Director directs, plans, organizes, manages and provides direction for all functions and activities of Facility Planning and Management. Ensures efficient engineering services are designed to meet the needs of Yakima Valley Memorial (YVM) clinical and non-clinical operating departments. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field required. Master’s Degree in Business Administration highly preferred. Experience: Minimum of seven years of relevant management experience in a combination of functional areas preferred. Previous leadership experience within a large integrated health system environment preferred.
