California School Employees Association Executive Coordinator The Executive Coordinator provides complex administrative support to the Executive Manager and Executive Director in a highly visible key position. The main focus of this position is to act as a resource in reviewing chapter constitutions, developing and implementing policy or operating procedures, assisting with the administration of policy, , and preparing materials for our annual Conference. The Executive Coordinator reports to the Executive Manager and works closely with senior management and Association officers. CSEA is a public employee union that represents more than 250,000 classified school employees who work in 750 school districts and community colleges in California. CSEA is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors. The Association’s governing documents include the Constitution, Bylaws, Policy and Chapter Constitutions. The Association is made up of 780 chapters that are guided by individual chapter constitutions and the Association’s governing documents.
