JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our US AgSales Commerical Head as well as an Office Manager to maintain our Cary, NC office. This person will help oversee the day-to-day activities and assist them.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides a high-quality administrative support to the US AgSales Commerical Head.
  • Support the leaders to create presentations (if necessary), basic analysis, set agendas, arrange conferences/meetings, and follow up on actions to ensure activities are completed on time and efficiently.
  • Arranges travel and accommodations for executives including expense management through Concur.(International and Domestic).
  • Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.
  • US Crop LT & Regional Sales Meeting Management
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Receive and process all invoices, invoice management
  • Office Management for our Cary, NC office; ordering office supplies, maintaining incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Manage Promotional Items for the US AgSales team & maintain budget
  • Manage Tradeshows with Industry Organizations & sponsorships
  • Administrative support for events, leadership visits to the Cary office, as necessary.
  • Performs other related administrative tasks to support the executives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited college/university
  • 5+ years of experience as a supporting a C-level executive
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular), Concur, SAP
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
