Purpose of the Job:
The Human Resources Executive Assistant aids with and facilitates the human resource processes in the department under the direction of the Director of Human Resources. This role provides support in a variety of HR functions including recruiting, screening, onboarding, evaluation management, policy and procedures, management of the department budget, state and federal data reporting and record-keeping to ensure the department is operating efficiently.

Essential Duties of the Job:Performs customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions promptly.Performs a variety of HR administrative functions.Maintain records of employees licensesProcesses verification of employment forms.Performs orientations with new employees and schedules internal training requirements.Maintains records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database to ensure all employment requirements are met.Advises hiring managers on interviewing processes and proceduresAssists Director of HR in evaluation management and procedures.Collaborates with Board Secretary to accomplish tasksResponsible for initial employment contracts to new employeesResponsible for State and Federal reporting requirements for personnelParticipates in job-related training sessions.Maintains prompt and regular attendance, to include occasional overtime during events.Supports Director in management of the department and may include scheduling appointments, managing calendar, screening phone calls.Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources.
