[Please apply rather than calling, thank you] We are a small physician-led healthcare company looking for an executive assistant to perform a variety of tasks. You would be responsible for maintaining our calendar, organizing and scheduling client-education sessions, and managing a variety of client relationships. This role also includes bringing new clients and team members on board. This position requires excellent communication skills, organization, and follow-through. Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is important. Experience with project management applications and other organizational tools is a plus. We are looking to invest in a quality team member with a long-term commitment. Thus, we are offering to pay a minimum of 40 hours per month even though we expect many months to have less than 40 hours of work needed. The work is remote and some of it can be performed outside of business hours. However, we do need someone to be available to respond to client emails within the same day, within 1-2 hours.
