Brandt is currently seeking an Executive Assistant located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Book meetings and organize travel
- Maintain confidential files
- Time management – must be able to balance multiple priorities with minimum direction while meeting critical deadlines.
- Manage calendar, email contacts for Operations Manager and Engineering Manager
- Coordination of meetings including creating agenda, minutes and distribution of all documentation
- Prepare graphs, spreadsheets and reports
- Coordinate customer and supplier visits and factory tours
- Event Planning – customer events, employee events
- Handle Receptionist duties when called upon
- Assist with ordering and distributing promotional merchandise
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- High level computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of accounting practices with ability to read financial information
- Self-motivated
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Office Education Certificate or relevant years of experience
Required Experience
The successful candidate will possess a post secondary certificate in this field or proven experience in a similar position. A certificate in project management or proven experience managing projects is considered an asset. The successful candidate will be a self starter with exceptional organizational and decision making skills. The ability to work independently and with a high level of discretion is critical.
