Your primary job duty will be to be the supportive force that empowers our leadership. Our ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Job Duties
- Assist Senior Leadership and Loan Originators with projects as they arise
- Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
- Create, track, and manage budgets and oversee company spending
- Develop internal processes and filing systems
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
Skills and Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Ability to keep company confidences

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
