Axoni is looking for an Executive Assistant who will support multiple executives at Axoni. They will be instrumental in managing internal and external communication for some of our leadership team. This is a high impact role, partnering with our technical and business teams to support the goals of the organization. The role will consist of scheduling meetings, managing calendars, booking travel, submitting expenses and related administrative responsibilities.
This position will report to the current Executive Assistant and together they will ensure the Executive team is fully supported.We are currently hybrid. The return to office is TBD but there will still be flexibility to work from home. You will:
