Visiting Angels Fresno is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced person to join our Front Office team as an Executive Assistant!

The Executive Assistant is a key member of our staff who provides the support required for efficient office operations.

Schedule Details:

  • Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (Rotating on-call weekends from home)

About Us: Visiting Angels Fresno is a leading provider of non-medical home care referrals.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone
  • Assist with scheduling visits for clients needs
  • Greet office visitors, handling their needs or directing them to the appropriate staff
  • Maintain positive relationships with all clients and referral sources
  • Perform general clerical duties – correspondence, copying, filing, and distribution
  • Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of client, employee and agency information
  • Organizes and maintains file systems in compliance with policies and regulations
  • Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and at least 1-year experience in an office setting, home care experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, GSuite, scheduling systems, and other related software required
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
