WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR As Executive Assistant, you will provide high quality administrative support to Opus’ Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer. This position will act as a direct extension of these two executives, so it is essential that your professionalism mirrors their integrity and drive. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced working environment, have strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple, shifting priorities and are experienced adapting to different working styles and needs.
