Amazon Web Services is seeking an exceptionally bright, skilled multi-tasker and self-driven individual to support three Directors. This role requires superior attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without knowing the total picture.

Other key responsibilities include:
  • Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing calendars, events, and activities
  • Management of complex calendars and scheduling requirements
  • Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
  • Acting as a liaison for direct reports
  • Travel coordination
  • Expense completion
  • Space management planning
  • Have fun at work and help others do the same
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong ownership, communication and partnering skills
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment; self-motivated
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal direction
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to improve administrative processes
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
  • High levels of integrity and discretion
