JOB OPENING:

We are currently seeking FULL-TIME professional, responsible, and outgoing individuals that has strong verbal and written communication skills to support the CEO/FOUNDER manage his ongoing projects. This is an opportunity to make a difference by joining one of the fast growing technology companies in Orange County.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the CEO/FOUNDER with daily administrative duties and communicate with team and external partners on a daily basis
  • Serve as a liaison between CEO/FOUNDER and other departments in Product Development, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Draft project proposals and prepare presentations to external clients.
  • Present weekly reports to CEO and Executive Team
  • Manage social media
  • Resolve client issues over the phone that are quick and easy to understand
  • Research and write content for clients such as training materials, new product features, etc.
  • Support and manage our business clients in professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls by following standard operating procedures, obtain pertinent information, and make connections to appropriate department
  • General data entry such as setting up new customer accounts, logging issues, and entering new contact information

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, research, and presentation skills is required
  • Ability to learn new software technologies
  • Must be a team player
  • Problem solving and organizational skills required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Type 50+ wpm and adept in using Microsoft products (e.g. MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint) * Punctuality, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
