Actively seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant with at least 5 years’ experience in administrative and office support. Detail oriented, with excellent organization, verbal and written communications skills are crucial. Must have sound knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a typing speed of 60+ words a minute. The position is to provide general administrative duties for a group of Consultants, prompt filing of digital documents, editing documents for grammar, punctuation, spelling and sentence structure, make travel arrangements, schedule site visits and all other tasks assigned.
Must have a positive attitude, be able to multitask, have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, email and in person. High energy and enthusiasm, team oriented and able to work independently, with open door communication, are all valued assets.
Must be willing to submit to a background check. An E-Verify form will be required upon employment. This position is full time. Pay is determined based on the applicant’s experience and capabilities.
