Events and Promotions Assistant Details

The Event and Promotions Assistant will assist our on-site marketing team with all tasks involved in developing and executing the company's overall marketing plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute marketing plans and operational functions to company standards
  • Attending and engaging in staff meetings and by sharing strategic ideas to enhance the business.
  • Coordinate with all the departments involved in the organization of the event.
  • Monitor the event traffic.
  • Leverage existing consumer relationships and cultivate new business contacts
  • Assist in the selection of marketing and promotional materials
  • Build knowledge of the marketing systems implemented during each promotional campaign
  • Work with other departments to help promote brand recognition


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, advertising, event, or retail related settings
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work weekends for events and promotions
